1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

Please note:

  • orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • processing times may be longer during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods
  • you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
  • you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • customs processing
  • weather conditions
  • carrier delays
  • incorrect shipping information
  • high shipping volume periods

MyNiyyah is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

3. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • VAT
  • fees charged by their local customs authority

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after your order is processed, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or lost in transit, please first contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to support you.

MyNiyyah is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

7. Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused
  • the item must be in its original condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging when possible
  • proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • digital products, including ebooks, PDFs, or downloadable guides
  • items that have been used
  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
  • any item marked as final sale

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our side or a damaged/incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

11. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

12. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we may ask you to return the original eligible item first, then place a new order.

13. Digital Products

All digital products, including bonus guides, PDFs, and ebooks, are intended for personal use only.

Because digital products are delivered instantly or made accessible after purchase, they are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
